ChatGPT visibility

Find out what ChatGPT tells people about you.

People ask ChatGPT which company to hire and which product to buy. search.co runs the questions your customers ask, on a schedule, and records whether you were named, where you landed in the list, what it said about you and which pages it used as sources.

Why ChatGPT is different

There is no page two. You’re in the answer or you’re not.

A Google results page shows ten options. A ChatGPT answer usually names a handful, explains why, and moves on. If a buyer asks for “the best scheduling software for cleaning companies” and you aren’t in that short list, you never get the chance to compete.

Answers also change. The same question can produce a different list on a different day, or when ChatGPT searches the web before replying. One manual check tells you little; repeated runs with history tell you a lot.

Prompt history

Every prompt, every run, in one grid.

Choose the prompts that matter to your business. Each scheduled run records whether ChatGPT named you, your position in its list, or whether it only cited one of your pages as a source.

Who gets named instead

See the brands ChatGPT recommends when it skips you.

For every tracked prompt, we extract every brand ChatGPT names and count how often each appears across runs. That gives you a share-of-voice view for the assistant, and a short list of the competitors who own the answers you want.

Product answers

Track shopping-style answers, not just brand mentions.

When people ask ChatGPT what to buy, the answer often looks like a short buying guide: a few products, a line on each and links to where to buy. We record which products appear, the attributes ChatGPT highlights, and whether the details about yours are accurate.

Why does ChatGPT recommend Competitor A over bike.co for “best bike shop POS system”?
Brigham.ai· example answer

In the last ten runs, ChatGPT cited a comparison article and two review roundups for this prompt. Competitor A appears in all three; bike.co appears in none. Your own pricing page is cited once, but it doesn’t mention repair tickets or rentals, the two features the answers keep highlighting.

Watch the effect of your changes over time.

Content and reputation work takes time to show up in answers. A trend line of mention rate and citation rate makes the slow changes visible, and lets you line them up against what you shipped.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Still unsure? Ask the team.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will mention us?

No one can. We show you where you stand, who is named instead, which sources the answers use and what to improve. The changes that tend to help are clear, accurate pages and credible third-party coverage.

Why do answers change between runs?

Assistants generate each answer fresh and may search the web first, so lists and sources can vary. That’s why we run prompts repeatedly and report rates and averages instead of a single result.

Do you track product recommendations?

Yes. For shopping-style prompts we record which products are named, their order, and the details shown, so you can spot missing or outdated information.
