Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Search.co (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Search.co is a multi-agent research platform that routes tasks to AI models, runs research workflows, and can commit output to repositories you connect. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address to activate a password-based account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Bring-your-own keys & third parties

You are responsible for the API keys you add and for complying with the terms of the AI providers and data sources you use. When you run research, your content is transmitted to the providers/connectors you select. If you use Search.co's keys instead of your own, that usage is billed at the rate shown at the time of use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, breach third-party terms, exfiltrate data you're not authorized to access, or generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Research output

Research is generated by AI models and automated sources and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for validating output before relying on it. Search.co makes no representation that output is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

7. Billing

Paid plans and metered platform-key usage are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
